Refunds, Cancellations & Shipping

Our approach

Books are personal, made-to-order products, so our policy is built on approvals at every milestone: you see and approve before we print. Within that, here is exactly where you stand.

Cancellations

• Before work begins: full refund of your advance.
• During writing or design: you pay fairly for the work completed to date; the remaining advance is refunded.
• After you approve the final proof for printing: printing costs cannot be refunded, as the book is custom-made for you.

Revisions

Every track includes defined revision rounds before print. Nothing goes to print until you have approved the digital proof. If a draft is not to your liking, tell us; revising until you are satisfied within the agreed rounds is part of the service.

Reprint guarantee

If a printed copy reaches you with a manufacturing defect, such as binding faults, printing errors we introduced, missing pages, or damage in transit, we will reprint and replace it free of charge. Tell us within 7 days of delivery, with photographs of the defect.

Refund processing

Approved refunds are processed within 7 to 10 working days to the original payment method.

Shipping and delivery

• We deliver finished books to your door anywhere in India through reputed courier partners. Delivery timelines are shared with your production schedule.
• International delivery for families abroad is available; costs and timelines are quoted per destination.
• Every parcel is quality-checked and protectively packed before dispatch. If a parcel arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours with photos and we will replace the damaged copies.
• Gift deliveries, including surprise deliveries timed to an event date, can be arranged; tell us the date and we plan backwards from it.

Extra copies

We keep your approved book files ready for reprints, so your family can order extra copies at any time at tiered per-copy rates.
